Your Responsibilities:
Finance Call center agent main responsibilities and duties will be split into two main activities:

* Responds internal and external queries by answering phone calls or replying Emails
o Informs GSK's suppliers or end-users by explaining procedures, policies and business rules
o Provides guidance on the use of internal tools/systems (mainly SAP)
o Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
o Continuously updates job knowledge by participating in internal trainings
* Converting Purchase requisitions into Purchase orders
o Checks the compliance of Purchase requisitions with internal Procurement & Finance business rules
o Create Purchase orders by converting the Purchase requisitions
o Follow-up with requesters or buyers

Why You?Basic qualifications:
- Very good knowledge of English, French and German (spoken and written)
- Good command of SAP, Office & Outlook
- System-oriented; very comfortable using IT tools
- Bachelor's degree or ate least 10 years experience in a similar international role.

Preferred qualifications:
- Accounting graduate or administrative or call center profile
- Knowledge of Purchase to Pay processes is an asset
- Phone skills
- Proactive, flexible and client-focused attitude
- Conscientious, meticulous and independent
- Able to manage a heavy workload
- Professional and Zen attitude when facing pressure from dissatisfied client
