Field Support Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

  • Lead implementation of Terumo BCT's technology platforms throughout designated region
  • Ensure a smooth, fast and efficient transfer of technology from pre- sales to routine use at customer sites
  • Act as regional product expert for signing off internal customers
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for successful implementations and customer trainings in EMEA
  • Responsible for product training for all EMEA commercial associates lLicense to train and implement)
  • Responsible for sign-off for all EMEA commercial associates (license to train & license to implement).
  • Responsible for second-line operational troubleshooting for all BCS Business Area’s in EMEA.
  • Responsible for performance complaint handling for BCS Business Area’s.
  • Assist the organization in bringing successful products on the market (Implementation support post CE-validations, clinical trials and marketing trials, assist in reviews of manuals and training material)
  • Assist commercial organization with centralized customer trainings, presentations at workshops etc.
  • Consulted for sign-off EMEA commercial associates (license to start selling & license to sell).
  • Assist organization in bringing successful products on the market (provide operational design inputs).
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    Education

    University background in Life Sciences or Engineering or equivalent by experience

    Experience

  • A first work experience in a similar role/ related industry
  • Knowledge of the medical device sector
