As a Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for: *The installation, maintenance and repair of high-tech laboratory equipment *Ensuring and maximizing customer satisfaction for the entire range of analysers and systems *Ensuring that the Roche Diagnostics' systems, analysers and component products meet the manufacturer's specifications *The optimal operation of the assigned systems and analysers, within one or more product lines
