ECommerce and Digital Manager - Retail - Hainaut/French border

Reporting to the CEO and integrated into the management committee, he / she will be responsible for defining the digital marketing strategy (on-site and media) of the company Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands, ensuring the management and controlling of the annual budget and P&L and providing regular performance reporting.He / She will also be responsible for implementing this strategy by relying on central teams, internal teams and agencies while ensuring the achievement of objectives.He / She will have to master all the levers of digital marketing (SEO, SEA, Social media, Affiliation, Display, Programmatic, Retargeting, E-CRM ...) and will be responsible for the performance of investments, turnover, margin, and branding.Responsabilities :E-Commerce Strategy & Administration of the websites:

  • Be responsible for the overall performance of BE & NL websites and E-Commerce
  • Work closely with the central project team and external suppliers on site improvements
  • Manage and develop the site to optimize the acquisition and retention of new customers, sales and customer experience in an omnichannel fashion
  • Identify and promote products and promotions

Digital Media:

  • Development and implementation of the customer acquisition strategy across all channels (SEO, SEA, Social media, Affiliation, Display, Programmatic, retargeting, E-CRM, etc.) for E-Commerce and retail (web to store)
  • Management and monitoring of the brand image in collaboration with the communication and marketing teams
  • Management and development of tools and KPIs for measuring the performance of different channels, taking into account the objectives of CPA, recruitment volume and life time value
  • Development of the E-CRM plan with the Customer Marketing team and management of the routing of E-Commerce emailings

Management:

  • Management of the e-Commerce team (7 people: 1 online marketing manager, 1 project manager, 1 traffic manager, 2 web designers, 2 webmasters)
  • Involvement in the business and overall strategy of the subsidiary as a member of the management committee
  • Involvement in ad hoc projects


ECommerce
Digital manager

  • 7 to 10 years of digital experience including at least 5 years as Digital / E-commerce Manager on behalf of a brand recognized for the quality of its e-commerce expertise and its culture of online performance.
  • Excellent understanding of the digital environment and the different online marketing channels (SEA, SEO, Social Media, Affiliation, Display‚Ķ) as well as technical constraints (codes, languages, webmastering, trackings, webdesign etc.) and tools business (Hybris, Google Analytics, Business Manager, Google Ads, AB tests etc.).
  • Confident, enthusiastic and with a strategic vision with strong leadership. Able to work as a team across the company and engage internal and external collaborators.
  • While being able to think strategically, being able to get involved at the operational level.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make sense of complex data.
  • Ambitious and able to manage in a changing environment.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills; Well organized and comfortable in handling requests.
  • Dutch-speaking profile with fluency in French and English required


The salary package will depend on the experience of the caniddate.
