E2E Supply Chain Analyst

Essential functions/duties and responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Single Point of Contact role for assigned business portfolio for relentless focus on Customer Service: monitor availability/allocations & backorder level through collaboration with planners, distribution centers, customer service teams to ensure meeting committed targets in a timely manner
  • Manage Country¬†Forecasting¬†processes on instruments and implants with focus on aligning demand plan to business plan, validation of statistical forecast vs market intelligence, portfolio segmentation, consumption behavior for corrective actions. Engage with Regional teams with inputs and follow-up on supply feedback.
  • Conduct scenario-based assessment of the events, upside/downside forecasts with the impact on inventory and service; analysis, execution and follow-up with main stakeholders
  • Manage the S&OP process and provide feedback on Regional Teams
  • Accountable to portfolio performance in Orthokit (parameters, checks, safety stocks, set modifications)
  • Manage consignment inventory through collaborative work with sales team to define target levels and inventory strategy in line with budget and turnover targets
  • Provide active communication to the customer on supply constraints, delays and execution; long-term assessment of the forecast to improve tender management process
  • Build collaborative partnerships with Business Stakeholders
  • Ensure activities performed are compliant with J&J Quality System
  • Focus on efficiency and continuous improvement of forecasting process, S&OP and inventory management
  • Actively participate in various projects to drive better end-to-end supply chain visibility and customer service improvement
  • Qualifications

    Required education and/or experience

    a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics

    Required knowledge, skills, abilities

  • Ability to work in a complex environment and demonstrate proactive thinking
  • Strong analytical skills are required, sound knowledge of Excel, PowerBI, SQL, JDE/SAP
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others in a matrix environment is required
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision with a strong sense of urgency is required
  • Languages: English is a must, intermediate Dutch or French preferred
