Digital Forward. Provide a Framework for Digital Brand Activation for Brand & Performance to drive full consumer journey including Social Media.
Manage along with the Brand Marketing Director in the delivery of global and European “best in class” Social programs & engagement.
Online advertising strategies, creative assets and media plans for brand building and traffic driving digital advertising & programs
Social/viral strategy & frameworks, to ensure an effective sustainable and brand right presence in the social media channels.
Digital Brand Activation (Social Media, Engagement)
Lead & Create Social Media content and engagement programs following Dockers Europe Big ideas, Strategies and Global Guidelines for Dockers Channels on (FB, IG, YT, and other).
Ensure full alignment to the overall Marketing strategies by working closely with Merchandising, Brand Environment and Local country marketing.
Keep track of the Social Media A&P budget and ensure increased efficiencies by leveraging tools at pan European and Global scale. Admin Role (SAP, P-Req, etc)
Monitor SM KPI’s working closely with agencies and the countries to create an efficient reporting process. Share the best practices across markets. Deliver a full ROI analysis to make sure there’s a broad understanding of the programs business value
Inspire, Motivate & Manage PanEu Social Media agencies via weekly calls and effective briefings.
Create Seasonal Social Media toolkit for wholesale and retail accounts.
Champion omni-channel and drive a consistent consumer experience across multiple touch-points and environments online and offline.
Evaluate current performance leveraging external competitor benchmarking.
Manage Ecommerce Front End Agency. Site content, Demand Generation, CRM.
Partner with Ecommerce Agency to design, produce and execute a consistent European brand UX/IX for local specific initiatives
Partner effectively with internal brand marketing, PR and creative teams to integrate and elevate consumer experiences on www.dockers.com
Ensure that product and brand messaging is consistent, up to date and localized in appropriate European markets. Align and ensure execution of a European eCommerce calendar leveraging and elevating the Retail & Marketing calendar in partnership with the Ecomm Partner
Achieve the Paid Media & Demand Generation Objectives
Plan & Execute with the Ecommerce Partner a Demand Generation plan that delivers on the traffic and revenue AFP KPI’s across all channels (SEO, SEM, Affiliate, Retargetting, Paid Social, etc).
Deliver a YoY eCommerce traffic and relevant performance media channels
Identify new performance media tactics and media partners to achieve this objective
Manage budget and drive profitability by delivering a stable return on media spend (Cost Per Order as % of Average Order Value) per brand and performance media channel
Manage all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including campaign scheduling, creative briefing, internal reviews, targeting/list selection, campaign test design (test and control, sampling, etc.), and post-campaign analysis
Develop, monitor and assess overall CRM database acquisition & conversion
Manage the relationship with our media partners and stakeholders
Manage the relationship with our media agencies and with all major media and affiliate marketing partners:
Develop Joint Business Plans with Google & Facebook. Organize and facilitate QBRs with both partners
Organize and lead business reviews with Corporate Benefits and other key affiliation partners
Act as a key link between wider digital team and the global analytics team
Act as the key facilitator for SEO optimizations with all stakeholder in the digital team
Coordinate and align performance marketing efforts with regional and local brand marketing teams
Work closely with the Wholesale.com team to create effective campaigns and marketing strategies with pure players (Amazon, Zalando) that are aligned with Brand Guidelines.
Lead and execute Marketing Campaigns with ZMS and Zalando, working closely with the sales lead to deliver financial targets for the account.
Work closely with the BCOM and Wholesale team to ensure the BCOM and Download portals have the right seasonal assets in place
Job Requirements :
Qualifications & Experience
University Degree in marketing, communication or business administration.
3-5 years professional experience in Digital & Ecommerce marketing
Demonstrated ability to “read” the marketplace and be culturally connected to the youth oriented consumer. Existing connection with key fashion, media and opinion leaders. Experience with an iconic brand is essential – apparel, youth or entertainment industry.
Fluency in verbal and written English is a must
Strong team player
3-5 years previous experience in working in a global vs local set-up.
Strong analytical, influencing skills
Cross functional interaction is key to make success.
Experience managing consumer advertising plans (with a focus on Digital) promotions and materials development
Experience managing Ecommerce sites.
Experience managing complex Digital programs and supporting local accounts.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead moderate to complex projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills including influence and persuasion
Experience in relationship management and client interface. Ability to develop credibility w/ the customer
Position requires blend of strategic thinking, creativity, problem solving. Demonstrated ability to independently solve moderate to complex problems
Ability to lead agency partners across multiple focus areas (Social, Digital, Media)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and conduct superior follow-through
Demonstrates flexibility and initiative with minimal direction
Business acumen with the ability to conduct basic cost/benefit and return analysis on programs
Knowledge of market trends and the retail landscape
Proficiency with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
Multi-lingual. Speaks English. Any other languages will be a plus, especially Spanish & French.
