    In Bridgestone Mobility Solutions BU (BMS BU), we help our customers to gain new insights based on technology, become more data-driven and take advantage of new opportunities arising from a connected and fast-changing world.

    In Tyre Solutions, one of the four Line of Business (LoB) within Bridgestone Mobility Solutions BU, we start from a Tire Centric approach but we go beyond Tire, by creating the link between our current Core Business (Tire & Rubber) and more advanced Mobility Solutions such as Webfleet Solutions.

    This we achieve by adding technology (developed by WFS, by Bridgestone Digital-Lab or other external partnerships) which allows us to propose more data-driven decisions and increase our Value Propositions for our Customers, for our Retail organization and for selected Business Partners.

    We target Private Customers, Fleets, OEMs.

    We Incubate, Co-develop, Deploy Data-Driven Subscription-based Solutions.
    Our ultimate goal is to deliver new sustainable and profitable Business Streams contributing to transform Bridgestone to become the most trusted partner in mobility solutions.

    The scope of the position is to provide support with designing the most optimal customer journey on Solution websites, structured data collection via Solutions websites and tools and through Retail partners’ activities in order to generate actionable insights for the business.

    The overall responsibility of the job holder of the position of Digital Tools Professional, Tyre Solutions :

  • Support digital marketing tools selection and set up (Google Analytcis, Data Studio etc). Contribute to structured marketing data collection and analysis.
  • Support SEO activities for Tyre Solutions, both from technical and content point of view. Work closely with IT and content creators on correct implementation.
  • Assist with accurate implementation of GDPR processes within Tyre Solutions digital projects. Work closely with IT, Legal, Data Protection Officer to ensure GDPR compliance
  • Provide marketing insights and support towards UX/UI expert, analyze critical UX/UI requirements for marketing digital projects and support their testing and implementation
  • Provide support with implementation of CRM tool
  • Key responsibilities

    Provide expertise and support for the following projects:

    Google Analytics

  • Support with setting up Google Analytics and maintaining a structured account.
  • Responsible for regular website performance monitoring and gathering relevant insights for the business.
  • Build consistent tracking of campaigns in each country.
  • Regular monitoring of website traffic.
  • Build reporting dashboards.
  • Data Studio

  • Set up Google Data Studio databases for Solutions and countries.
  • Create marketing reports based on business needs.
  • SEO Performance

  • Contribute to SEO strategy creation.
  • SEO performance monitoring and optimizations.
  • Publish SEO optimized marketing content on Solutions websites.
  • Support for UX/UI development

  • Support UX/UI expert with marketing expertise for websites development (AB testing, follow up on Chatbot implementation, analyze Customer Portal and Retailer Portal optimizations, monitor and optimize Server/page speed, domains registrations follow up, provide support with UX/UI testing and validations).
  • Process optimization

  • Contribute with marketing knowledge to the Solution process optimizations projects (Customer retention marketing flow, Online payment methods, Warranty claim process, Customer segmentation based on interaction with marketing campaigns etc.)
  • Marketing dashboards

  • Provide requirements for dashboard developments.
  • Review marketing dashboards created by IT, Finance, Retail partners.
  • Retail partners support

  • Support Retail partners with designing the optimal online flow to present Solutions.
  • Ensure iFrame/API testing & validation.
  • GDPR

  • Contribute to GDPR compliance with Bridgestone/Webfleet policies for Solutions.
  • CRM

    Support implementation of chosen CRM tools.

    Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    Essential

  • University degree in marketing, economics or business 
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience in digital/performance marketing within an international environment
  • Strong focus on problem solving, troubleshooting, solutions oriented
  • Self-starter, Team Player, Adaptable, Creative, Analytic, With an eye for detail, Eager to learn
  • Project management skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
  • Proven practical knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEO, Wordpress
  • English: Excellent written and spoken English, other EU languages are an advantage
  • Desirable

  • Proven ability to perform in a multi-cultural business environment
  • Affinity with Automotive industry/cars/mobility
  • Experience with Salesforce would be considered a strong advantage
