WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS A DIGITAL STRATEGIST AT DELAWARE?
You’ll be joining a dynamic team of digital natives possessing a hands-on, can-do mentality. Here’s an overview of the things you’ll help with:
You’ll work closely with your customer to build solid and future-proof digital solutions – from an overarching digital program to those smaller parts of their digital presence, from a marketing strategy to a website strategy or a KPI framework.
As part of our customer centric approach, you stitch different types of data together and use the deep customer insights as your compass in order re-evaluate and adjust your course if necessary.
You’ll come up with fresh, innovative solutions and use workshops to uncover customer needs and company requirements.
Where needed, you combine expertise of the other teams within delaware to come to a customized, forward-thinking roadmap for their digital future .
You are ambitious in your goals for our customers, but your solutions are realistic and feasible.
You ’ll cover take the lead in projects from start to finish : from the presales phase through the actual execution, as well as offering continued guidance afterwards. With your natural sense of entrepreneurship , you’ll get plenty of opportunities to make your mark and take initiative.
We have offices in Gent, Antwerpen, Wavre, Kortrijk and Lummen , but you will often be working onsite at our customers, wherever they are located throughout Belgium. That’s why it doesn’t really matter to us where you are living.

Do you have at least 5 years of relevant experience working in a digital agency or another consultancy firm? Keep on reading!
Do you feel like a fish in water when leading ideation workshops, or applying design thinking, journey mapping and other brainstorm methodologies or frameworks? That’s a definite plus. If you have already done your fair share of customer-facing workshops, ranging from requirements workshops to C-level presentations , that’s even better.
Do you keep up with the latest trends and technologies? Are you a digital whiz kid?
Do you have a knack for organizing things efficiently and are you not afraid to urge people to deliver on time? We need someone who can help us make things happen .
Do you know how to get your message across loud and clear, in spoken as well as written English and in Dutch , be it when giving presentations or communicating with customers? French is an added bonus .
