Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Co-Responsible for developing our digital marketing strategy for the BENELUX region with focus on Belgium
  • Responsible for establishing and developing the go-to-market website including analytics and tracking
  • Own and coordinate all online cross media campaigns (paid, owned, social) with the help of local campaign managers
  • Responsible for the social media strategy for the Belgium region and local lead generation (SEM) activities
  • Ensure the operational content management on CMS
  • Support the rollout of the Global Digital transformation in the region; accelerating our social commerce capabilities and creating seamless interactions across platforms
  • Support the improvements of the local emailing tool
  • Reporte on business KPIs
  • Plan, develop and implement engaging online content strategies
  • Responsible for developing the local webshop, empowering the digital sales and achieving sales targets
  • Implementation of ad-hoc platforms to support local campaign managers & GTM managers including analytics and tracking
  • SPOC for internal stakeholders for any digital matters to align all digital activities and share the different learnings
  • Skills we can’t do without:

  • Higher education in the field of Online/Digital Marketing
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of digital marketing required, ideally in international and complex company
  • Professional experience in the area of web design and development
  • Professional experience in the use of web CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Wordpress etc.
  • Strong level of experience of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant digital tools.
  • 1+ years of experience in social media management
  • Great affinity for web technologies and web trends as well as analysis and evaluation methods
  • Project management skills (ability to lead projects)
  • High capability for KPI driven Marketing communication implementations
  • Communicative and organizationally strong personality with a high degree of initiative
  • Fluent in English and French/Dutch
