Digital Marketing Communication Officer

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Communication Officer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. 

The Digital Marketing Officer will join our Communication Team.

The Digital Marketing Officer should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. He/she will work within the communication team, supporting other teams to launch different campaigns/projects on time and on budget.


Digital Marketing

  • Come up with concepts, execute all ATL & BTL digital marketing campaigns
  • Oversee and approve marketing material
  • Collaborate with external agencies
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and allocate funds accordingly
  • Social Media

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube …
  • Develop new campaigns for social media programs
  • Create and maintain corporate social media guidelines
  • SEO

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust digital campaigns accordingly
  • Graphic Design

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices
  • Participate in creative meetings, define needs and execute campaigns for online activities
  • Develop design concepts into layouts for web/screen applications
  • Communication

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Create and adapt communication to different target groups
  • Experience with corporate communication
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in marketing communication or a related field
  • You have proven working experience in digital marketing
  • You are fluent in French/Dutch/English
  • You are self-motivated and hands-on, you easily take initiative and you can think out of the box
  • You can demonstrate experience in leading and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • You have knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics,…)
  • You have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Basic knowledge or affinity of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints will be an asset
  • You already worked with video and picture editing software such as Adobe Premiere & Photoshop
  • You are up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • You are open to change, agile and flexible and you can juggle with multiple projects at the same time
