We are looking for candidates who can utilise their electrical mechanical skill sets on medical instruments and software within a clinical environment.


You will be responsible for supporting our customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions. Our varied product lines include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. This will be covering the area around Gent, so you need to have flexible mind set and the ability travel.

  • Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
  • Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
  • Performs maintenance and repairs
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.
  • Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.
  • Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software.
  • Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions
  • Qualifications

  • A degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, technology solutions or in similar field
  • Have relevant experience with installation, maintenance and repair of companies and system solutions of complex electrical mechanical medical systems and products
  • The ability to troubleshoot and carry out complex repairs and services of mechanical medical systems and products.
  • Experience with the Agilent solutions is desired but not essential
  • Verbal and written communication is clear and fluent in Dutch (must-have), French and English, respectful and timely
  • You enjoy travelling and visiting customers
  • You are located either in or close to East- or West-Flanders region
