Customer Supply Services Analyst (B2BLogistics)

Key responsibilities

  • VMI management for one of our key customers; order & inventory management, delivery optimization
  • Daily sales order management & billing process (EDI order, stock control, outbound, delivery, claims, returns)
  • Build and maintain a good customer relationship for key customers (Business to Business relationship)
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time and in full deliveries
  • Analyses service drivers and leads improvement initiatives to deliver best in class service performance
  • Reports weekly KPI’s for service & stock levels and customer indicators internally and externally
  • Responsible for cost to serve of your customers; optimization of truck fill and picking
  • Support isolating pain points and design new processes, trackers, tools to increase efficiency of the customer service operation
  • Liaises with account managers (internal / external) to provide customer insights and identify opportunities
  • Become superuser in one or more chosen, together with your line manager, areas (PowerBI, EDI implementation, EDIWIN interfaces, masterdata synchronization, etc)
