Your role & work environment As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) Private individuals your challenge is to offer our clients the best customer experience for their financial needs in every important step of their life. You will attract new clients and deepen the relationship with existing clients, surprising them with relevant content, expertise and best-in-class solutions to create a superior customer experience. Your success indicator is the overall customer satisfaction and the growth of the segment. Your key responsibilities * You develop customer experiences that delight our clients * You make the difference in an easy and personal way * You analyse client behavior to optimise the customer journey * You develop the ideal channel mix based on customer needs, + Digital customer experience: you analyse, develop and optimise relevant digital customer journeys in order to maximize customer experience and (digital) sales and services. + Marketing: you define the best positioning for the segment based on market insights and trends and you manage all elements of the marketing mix. + Customer value propositions: you create best-in-class approaches for our customers in each step of their financial life and help our sales staff in realising this mission.
