* Operational Excellence : Process Redesign & Optimization (e.g. Lean), Performance Management, Program & Change Management, Post Merger Integration …
* Customer Experience : Customer Journeys design & implementation, New Products & Services launch, Multichannel solutions design & implementation …

All the above , with a focus on New Technologies, Innovation, Insight & Data, Internet of Things … in line with the ongoing Digital Utilities Transformation.

As a Consultant, you are part of a team. You receive clear role & responsibilities and the support needed to contribute efficiently to the project delivery.

Professional Experience
* 1 to 3 years experience as a consultant in the Customer Experience / Marketing & Sales domains at a Consulting firm and/or in the Industry
* Experience & knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector is a plus
* Affinity with related business processes and IT solutions

Educational Background
* Master in Business and/or Engineering
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English

Personal Skills
* Digital Native, eager to learn and rapidly grow in our organization
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills up to CxO level
* Ability to empathize with clients in politically challenging environments, to work under pressure within given timeframes
* Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiast, results driven and a great team player
