Role Summary:

The Outside Sales Specialist will maximize the Client Solutions Group product revenue, units and margin targeted on full Client Solutions sales compensation plan. They drive the ecosystem attach rate (Displays, peripherals and services) and drive Commercial client market share and maximize the CS mix with specific focus on Workstations, 2in1 devices, rugged devices & Displays. They cover aligned to segments and/or customer set on Direct and Indirect accounts


  • Position Client Solutions in overall Dell Solutions customer propositions
  • Customer/partner facing on large opportunities/ RFPs/ tenders 
  • Support sales generalists with Client Solutions product expertise
  • Ensure best solution is in place for customer at the correct price point in large deals
  • Support account teams in strategic Account planning
  • Influence large tenders/RFPs
  • Find ways to up sell and provide “best” solutions/price bands
  • Requirements

  • Customer facing experience of at least 2 years discussing customer requirements and presenting solutions
  • Fluent Dutch AND/OR French and good English
  • Experience with workplace technologies and solutions
  • Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with a range of contacts, from technicians to directors.
  • Presentation, communications, and interpersonal skills.
