As Tribe CRM Individuals & Master Data (CRM-I & MDM) our objective is to deliver the best personalized, trusted, compliant and frictionless interactions during all moments of the customer lifecycle. The Tribe’s responsibilities include customer lifecycle management, sales and servicing enablement through CRM tooling, safeguarding master data quality and related consent and enabling transversal banking products.
As Chapter Lead of the Business Analyst Chapter you will be responsible for the professional growth of our Business Analysts through extensive coaching and supporting them with defining their career path. Simultaneously you will stimulate the sharing and embedding of best practices in order to take the quality of the work of the Business Analysts to a higher level.
Your future job
Within each tribe, there are several Squads, bringing together individuals with different profiles of expertise. Moreover, each member of a Tribe/Squad is also a member of a chapter. The Chapter Lead (CL) is responsible for individuals who are part of a specific field of expertise or role.
Main responsibilities of the Chapter Lead Business Analysts:
Translates the strategy of BNPP Fortis & IT and/or business into the reality of the employees in the tribe and in the squads.
Communicates in a complete & transparent way to employees, decisions made at strategic & tactical level. He/she always places things in a good context.
Supports his/her team in case of difficulties or complex questions and helps them with the required changes.
Recruits profiles as defined by Strategic Workforce Planning and also ensures correct on-boarding of these new employees.
Ensures that all employees have the right skills and knowledge
Is responsible for the annual evaluation & remuneration of each employee of his/her chapter.
He/she is regarded by his/her employees as a person who is a reference in the chapter matters without being the expert.
Contributes to the daily functioning of the tribe and represents his/her chapter in this.
Contributes to the development of team members through coaching and feedback.
Encourages knowledge sharing and the retention
Works closely with teams, tribe lead(s), product owners, agile coaches, guild leads and other stakeholders to ensure the production of high quality tools and skills.
As an expert, is a true point of reference in its field within the chapter :
Leads the staff’s, chapter's efforts towards continuous learning and continuous improvement: identifies, advises and facilitates potential / required skill development points for / by tribe and proactivity concerned by the development of the skills of his/her chapter.
Highlight your strengths
Master degree or equivalent based on experience
Very good knowledge of English and Dutch and/or French, both spoken and written
Essential knowledge, skills and abilities: Proven expertise in the domain of Business Analysis Strong people management skills Experience with digital transformation projects in a complex environment Strong IT affinity Ability to lead meetings Strong business writing and presentation skills
Nice-to-have knowledge, skills and abilities: Hands-on experience with the agile methodology Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Agile Central…) Knowledge reporting tools and/or techniques (Business Objects, Adobe Analytics, SQL…)
Soft skills: Entrepreneurial attitude and mindset Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving thinker Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with different types of conversation partners Attention to detail and quality-minded Eager to learn and able to process and interconnect information at multiple levels (strategic to operational)
