Technical Dealer Support  is supporting the growth and profitability by maximizing Uptime : We are an international team of highly committed and experienced professionals and act 24/7 as a 1st line support for workshop questions on Parts, Service and repair information (Impact, Consult, EPC,…), Aftermarket System Support (TechTool, …) and Fleet System Support and related areas for Volvo Penta, Volvo Bus, and the Volvo Group Truck brands.

Scope of the job:
Provide business and process and operations information in the form of reports to the Technical Dealer Support management team and other stakeholders (project teams, back-offices, …)
 
You will be responsible for :

  • Take care of existing TDS reports according to the agreed planning
  • Evaluate requests and translate these into new reports
  • Formulate and implement improvement suggestions
  • Make sure deadlines for reporting are met
  • Keep the report center up to date
  • Back-up for monthly reporting in Volvo Action Service in case of absence
  • Are you the one?

  • You have a higher education degree, or similar through experience.
  • You are an analytical mind and can deal with deadlines.
  • You have solid experience creating and maintaining dashboards on platforms like: PowerBI, Qlik Sense or QlikView.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of SAP BO is an asset.
  • You are able to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels.
  • You are fluent in English.
