    Job Description

    Having launched recently launched a new range of service tailored to answer the mobility needs of companies, the company is now looking for a Business Developer to promote these news services among its Belgian clients.

    The solution includes fleet management services as well as tailored mobility plans and green mobility alternatives.

    As Expert of this solution, your role is to

  • Understand the core business and the corporate structure of your client to clearly identify their needs as well as cross-selling/up-selling opportunities
  • Provide your clients with your expertise in wage policies and legislation, fleet management, green mobility alternatives to design a tailored solutions
  • Network an build solid business relationships with market segments of interest for your business
  • In collaboration with the Sales Manger & Marketing, you develop the strategic plan of action for your market
  • Report directly to the national Sales Director
  • The Successful Applicant

    The successful candidate will meet the following requirements

  • Fluent in both Dutch & French, to efficiently prospect the whole Belgian market
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B service sales to HR and or C-level stakeholders
  • A solid experience combining Business Development & Account Management
  • A strong interest in the automotive sector and/or green mobility solutions
  • A solid understanding of the Belgian wages legislation, wages policies or fleet management policies
  • A high level of automy , the ability to work alone on the road without losing the essential team spirit shared by all employees of the company
  • Dynamism, positive spirit and enthusiasm are definitely musts to be part of the company
