Think and Go is a field marketing company operating in the Benelux countries since 1997. Think and Go’s strength consists in a well-developed network in the Benelux retail that will make a difference for you, and a sales driven attitude, and all this with the necessary technological support. 

THINK.MERCHANDISING ensures that your products are present in the shop under the best conditions. We provide sufficient stock, check the price tags, check FIFO, rebuild shelves, ensure additional orders, install promotion material and report our activities including pictures nicely on an online portal.

THINK.BRAND ACTIVATION offers you a toolbox of services that will allow you to enhance the customer experience & your brand awareness! Our Sales Driven DNA ensures that we make a difference for you!

THINK.DIGITAL, our latest pillar! At our digital department the SKY IS THE LIMIT! We have an in-house team of programmers who will be called in for data collection activities as well as for the development of microwebsites, the maintenance & management of Social Media channels, the making of advertising films & advertisements.

However, the heart of our business is THINK.PEOPLE! That’s our recruitment & headhunting department that has fully specialized in sales, marketing and administrative profiles. Our clients use our headhunting or payrolling service whether or not supplemented with a personality test, a competence test or an assessment. Every year our team of consultants receives more than 3.500 applications; we see more than 32 candidates per week. THINK.PEOPLE takes care of our employees’ career guidance. For example, a lot of students start as a Sales promotor at Think and Go. They take advantage of our retail and sales trainings, after which they get to work in our merchandising service or store-in-store service, once they are graduated. As soon as they have built up sufficient experience we take a further look at what could be the next step in their careers: Field Sales, Account Manager, Trade Marketeer, Marketing Manager … And this is possible with us as well as with one of our customers.
