- You are responsible for the further roll-out of SAP C4C as our global CRM application. Main focus at the moment is the Sales domain, but Customer Service must also be considered. For marketing purposes, we have another platform for which a colleague is responsible, but of course there is a close interaction.
- Together with the business, you determine the further roadmap and are responsible for its realisation. You take a proactive look at the CRM market and examine which functionalities, novelties and alternatives are relevant to our company.
- You are hands-on and contribute to the functional and technical analyses of our CRM application. Where necessary you can configure SAP C4C yourself.
- You manage the relationship with our external partner who is responsible for the development and you direct these development resources.
- Besides analyses, you are also responsible for training users, writing manuals, testing and optimising our CRM solution. You coach an employee who supports you with these tasks.
- You supervise a project from A to Z; you take on the role of project leader.
- You provide first-line assistance in the event of questions or problems.
