The Artwork Planning Specialist is responsible for assembling, recording and managing data and information associated with the creation, approval, communication and implementation of new or revised artwork for contract manufactured products managed by ES Europe and Asia (for both PEH and PIH) as well as for internal PGS packaging sites. He/she manages operational communication between the ES­­­ team, ALIM/markets, the contract manufacturers, PGS packaging sites and the outsourced artwork center (AWC) for all aspects related to artwork changes and new artwork development.

Artwork change management:
* Act as a central point for communication between the ES supply chain teams, ALIM/markets, the contract manufacturers, PGS packaging sites and the outsourced artwork center for all tasks and issues related to artwork changes and new artwork development.
* Set priorities for artwork development/change execution by the AWC, in line with product segmentation and in close cooperation with the Planning Team.
* Actively follow up with ALIM/markets, contract manufacturers, planners and other people involved in the artwork change process to comply to requested implementation timeline in the artwork request and to prevent delays which may lead to stock outs.

Artwork systems and processes:
* Optimize and implement processes for requesting, gathering, and documentation of data and information for implementation of new or revised artwork;
* Work within Pfizer's global SOPs and PQS related to artwork. Be expert in and work within all local artwork SOPs.
* Evaluate process robustness at contractors as needed, and identify/implement opportunities to enhance artwork processes. Take the lead in this exercise.

Relationship with the AWC:
* Ensure PARs hold all critical information required for artwork development and completion including files: templates, text or annotated PDFs, packing site requirements etc.
* First point of contact for questions from the AWC. Liaise with ALIM/market or the packaging site as needed to resolve any unclarities.

Profile:
* Level of education: Bachelor degree in commercial or technical area (Economics, Trade or Management);
* Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Manufacturing Planning / Supply Chain / Logistics; Experience as a graphic designer is considered as valuable asset;
* Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages s.a. French, German, Italian, Spanish is considered as valuable asset;
* Profile: Take initiatives, persevere, know how to handle with new issues, diplomatic, professional appearance, meeting deadlines, work independent, work for multiple and manage different priorities, excellent time management skills, customer minded.
* Travel required: approximately 5 %
