Area Sales Engineer (Process Filtration) Benelux

  • Maximising sales turnover and profitability
  • Identify and understand end user application needs
  • Conduct market research and look to uncover potential for future products through on-going visits to customers and potential customers, as well as end users
  • Market mapping and identifying key customers
  • Utilise current network to open new revenue streams with existing accounts
  • Prepare presentations and other educational documents
  • Ensure that all commercial aspects of sales transactions are in the best interest of the company

    The successful Area Sales Engineer must be self-motivated and a target driven individual, with proven sales experience. A proven self-starter with the confidence and entrepreneurial flair to work in an autonomous role.


  • Experience in a technical sales role or appreciation of technical products in a commercial environment selling into the process industries
  • Experience of selling filtration medium or allied products into the Food & Beverage sector
  • Have an understanding of the application of products and the feature/benefits of the service
  • Ideally educated to degree level, preferably within Chemical Engineering or Food Science
