Your role & work environment As a User eXperience Expert, you will participate pro-actively to improve the user experience and design of online interfaces, processes and interactions. You will shape the future of one of the most used banking and mobile platforms in Belgium. You will have the end-to-end responsibility for the UX research, development, management and harmonisation of digital processes, interfaces (desktop, tablets, smartphones) and client interactions from a client/user perspective. All UX inititiaves aim to achieve an optimal customer experience, to improve accessibility of digital services and to increase client satisfaction Your key responsibilities Strategy & policy * Keep track of and analyse market and competition developments in own domain * Define the interactions between more complex parts of the interfaces and/or processes and can explain it to development team. * Develop and define new longer term UX-approaches that helps to differentiate ING in the market. Advising on User eXperience / User Interface Design * Based on stakeholders requirements, advise internal clients on the best way of structuring journeys, placing functionalities, navigating between pages, … * Explore best ways to build superior user experience for ING 's customers based on own expertise and supported by input gathered from the voice of the customer Monitoring * Define criteria for measuring the performance of the interface and monitor Stakeholder management * Gather feedback on every delivery of own work and set up alignment with the different internal stakeholders to provide relevant information to internal and external parties., * To manage, coach, inspire, develop, evaluate and assess employees. * To create the required environment and enable employees to do their jobs well, both now and in the future. * To keep expertise related to the work field up to date. * To proposes training/courses, professional literature. * To play a role model to generate curiosity of your team towards other domains of expertise * As Chapter lead, you might be requested to travel abroad for some ceremonies, meetings or trainings
