Your role

· You will bring the best of Altran to the client in the areas of Digital Transformation, Mobile and
Web Development and Multichannel communication strategy;
· You are accountable for developing locally Strategic Accounts in your sales territory, executing
the strategic account plan;
· You develop existing client relationships while prospecting new environments;
· You develop the Altran market share according to the strategic account plan;
· You generate leads through active prospection, sales and marketing campaign;
· You promote and sell Altran’s key offers with the support of Solution Managers;
· You detect, select, prioritize and manage major opportunities to focus on;
· You drumbeat the relationship with the client (contract, purchase order, cash collection);
· You ensure client satisfaction and client intimacy, doing client power/influence mapping;
· You identify & summarize client needs in terms of resources to power the Strategic Resource
Planning;
· You participate in the recruitment effort of the team
· You collaborate with a dedicated team (Key Account Manager & Global Account Manager) the
business transformation of the account while improving the footprint of Altran in both the
contingency and consultancy services business;

Your profile

· You have a minimum of five years of experience in the field of consulting and/or the business
development industry preferably as a Sales Account Manager or Business Developer;
· You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration or an Engineering degree;
· You are customer centric;
· You know how to work with demanding business stakeholders;
· You apply a structured and straightforward approach to high-tech projects;
· You have business drive and acumen;
· You demonstrate strong interpersonal and business management skills;
· You have a good IT understanding and share our passion about technology
· You value business growth and people development;
· You are fluent in Dutch and/or French & English;
