- Good negotiation skills as you'll end up doing a lot of negotiations between both the sides to help them come to a common agreement on the best solution.
- Good understanding of computer systems and software engineering principles, so you know what will work and what won't. Also, you'll be in a better position to talk to the software engineer teams and you can even explain it to them better.
- You need a proactive attitude to work with different clients to identify opportunities for your organization, so the revenue and profitability increases.
